Mr. Kuule Yusufu is a Ugandan Mental Health Worker with a certificate in operational research from the Union against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease, Paris-France (2016); Bachelor’s Degree in Community Psychology from Makerere University Kampala, Uganda (2010). He also holds a Diploma in Mental Health from the School of Psychiatric Clinical Officers Butabika-Kampala, Uganda (2001) and a National diploma in clinical medicine and community health, School of Clinical Officers Fort portal, Uganda (1995). Previously, he has served as a Clinical Officer with the Church of Uganda Kisiizi Hospital in Rukungiri district for 11 years and thereafter joined Kabale Regional Referral Hospital-Ministry of Health as a Senior Psychiatric Clinical Officer for 6 years; worked as a Community Health Coordinator at Bwindi Community Hospital in Uganda’s South Western district of Kanungu, which is ranked as one of the best performing hospitals in Uganda according to the Uganda Protestant Medical Bureau ranking.
